I was trying to open a veg file, which had been rendered. I have no idea what the nesting problem is. I save the veg file, and it renders it, but, each time I open the saved veg, it produces the warning. Strange that it would render on a save.
I see it's creating ...veg.n,sfa0 files over and over. Well,it stopped. n=0,...,6.
I haven't applied the latest update to Vegas, so maybe that's next.

Solved. Just went back to the original avi, and dropped it into the tracks.
