Hello, all. This is my first post, so I feel it ought to go in the newbie section. I have been using Final Cut Pro 7 on a MacPro to edit video shot with a Panasonic HMC-150 (AVCHD format) but installed Premiere Pro CS5 since it seemed to offer some choices not available on FCP7, including the ability to do the original edit in native format rather than having to wait for FCP7 to transcode to Apple Prores 422. When I try to burn to Blu Ray (and it doesn't matter whether it is through Encore which does the transcoding or Toast), the audio is about 20 frames out of sync with the video. This doesn't happen if I use Encore or Toast to burn a standard DVD and it doesn't happen if I edit in FCP7 and burn to blu-ray. Anyone have any ideas? One alternative would be to somehow import the audio and video from the out of sync blu-ray disc into FCP7, resych the audio, and use FCP7 to create the blu-ray final, but I'm not certain how to bring the audio and video from the bl-ray disc into FCP7. Any suggestions there? Thanks a lot. Jon
