  1. I have a DIVX avi here with AC3 multiplexed in it.
    When I try to convert it to VCD using TMPeg I have no sound.
    I thought no problem.
    I tried to use virtualdub to demultiplex the AC3 track.
    2 problems. - If I use direct stream copy and then save wav it only extracts half of the AC3. - when I try it with full processing mode it give following error. " The requested audio compression is not compatible with the input format."

    I hope somebody can help me out here and tell me what is the best way of converting a DIVX with AC3 to MPG stereo

    u need the ac3 version of virtual dub, its excellent i use it. I can't remember where i got it from do..

    it worked with the standard version of virtualdub for me...to demultiplex only then...not convert to wav. you could try with nandub www.nandub.org

  6. I'm having the same problem as well. But I can't figure out how to demultiplex it with nandub, can anyone give me a quick run by on how to do it? =p
