SUPER is a GUI to FFmpeg, MEncoder, MPlayer, x264, MusePack, Monkey's audio, Shorten audio, TAK audio, True audio, WavPack, the libavcodec library & the theora/vorbis RealProducer's plugIn. I doubt you will find a portable version.

The older versions basically were portable. If you just copied the contents of the folder SUPER installed into onto a USB drive, you could run it anywhere. I don't know if newer versions install libraries elsewhere, but it would take all of two minutes for you to test it for yourself.

That said, I find XmediaRecode to be a far superior converter to SUPER, and it comes in a portable version as well as an installed version. Just pick your download from the author's site.
