I have a few TV episodes in mpeg format that are over 850MB in size and tried to re-encode them into a smaller size to fit on a VCD. I'm using TMPGenc and used the mpeg as the video and audio source. I have everything set to a default NTSC VCD1 compliant mpeg but the final source has a lot of static in the audio. Am I missing something during the re-encoding since it sounds fine in the original source.
Thanks!
