  1. Hi,
I have bought a Canon HF S200, and I need some help because I'm a beginner
    - For the Frame Rate I have put 50I instead of PF 25 is it a good choice?
    - I can't change in Image Effects to Vivid

50i should be your standard setting for hand held (50 motion samples per second, interlace video).

PF25 is progressive at half motion rate (25 motion samples per second). This setting will appear more jumpy so cam should be tripod mounted with minimal pan/zoom.

Show the manual pages for the recording modes. They are saying that mode is incompatible with Blu-Ray.

Note that that guy was using a tripod (not the best fluid head) and mostly focus was manual.

MPX is your highest recording bit rate per the manual. Start with 1080i before experimenting with progressive. Progressive needs a tripod.

Another question, what's the best way to convert the MTS file? I used Wondershare Video Converter Platinum and iSkysoft but the render is not as good as the original!
