Hopefully someone can help.
I’m trying to convert a Divx 30fps to DVDR. I have converted it using TMPGEnc and the NTSC DVD template but when I play the outputted file it seems choppy.
Tried to use the PAL template and it looked even worse.
Is this because it is dropping frames?
Is there anything I can do I make it run smooth?
Is there a different way of encoding it to make it run smooth or is it just something that cannot be fixed?
My standalone player is a Pioneer 525 if this makes any difference.
