Greetings,
I am trying to locate a device to which 8 inputs of varying types can be connected, and have it output to 1 device for video and 2 devices for audio.
The inputs should be able to be either composite, s-video, component or HDMI for video, and either R/L stereo, coax digital or optical for audio. The outputs should be either component or HDMI for video, and either R/L stereo, coax digital or optical as outputs. The output needs to be able to do two at the same time. (ie, my TV only has R/L audio inputs, while my Receiver/Decoder has both coax digital and optical inputs)
If such a device exists, would someone please point me in the right direction? I've tried search after search and either find really cheap devices (less than $100USD) that support 3 or 4 inputs all same type, or I find super expensive devices ($2000USD or more) that accept multiple inputs and multiple outputs.
Is there something out there that meets the stated needs and is in the several hundred USD?
Thanks,
Kelly
