When I open WinDVD to play a dvd i get this error:

Software DVD Player has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience.

This happens everytime i play a dvd now and i really need help. I think is other software that messed it up because before it had worked. I have installed virtualdub, nimo codec pack, divx5.0 pro, dup-dvd, and thats all i can remmeber. Also i have uninstalled all of them except nimo codec pack-so i can play my avi's. So please help me out-maybe its a program extension file that messes with winDVD i Dunno im a newbie. Thanx
