    I love AVI Recomp & I love how great the Target File Size stuff is compared to most programs but I could really us something like it for MP4s etc. Is there anything out there for Universal Video Converting & with awesome Target File Size settings ?

    There's no such thing as a univeral video conversion program anywhere. And if anyone came out with one there would be a new format that it can't handle the next day.

    Try Xvid4PSP.

    Why do you care about file size? Are you putting videos on CDs?

    I am mainly looking to convert mp4 to avi with specific target file sizes & yes I am burning videos to DVD

    AviDemux and it's calculator is pretty damn accurate for Xvid.
