    G'day.
    I wish to increase a VOB file without changing it to another format.
    I want it to be saved as a Vob file with a higher volume. Is there a tool you can recommend for?

    Install the AC3Filter and set the Preset Volume to 'Loud'. I suspect your problem isn't the VOB file itself but your playback filter. Is the DVD volume too soft or quiet when you play it in your DVD player?
