    Anyone know of any good, inexpensive, HD DVD players with HDMI INPUT and HDMI and Composite OUTPUT as well? I want this to play ps3 with HDMI and record in SD at once. thanks in advance

    There never really were any HD DVD recorders. Maybe you're thinking of Blu Ray Recorders?

    There are a bunch, slimtype, half height and even standalone.

    BUT, this is the burner section and the OP is asking about "HDMI DVD players....".....
