dvd to mkv/avi with multi audio channel

i know this have been asked many time, i even checked ur how to, but too much info...

simple put, i have a dvd on computer as vob.
I first need to join the movie as one vob since the movie is divided in 3 parts.
than
i need to convert that vob into mkv or avi with keeping subtitle, english audio only and audio channels as it is (5.1, stereo and so on).

now is they one software which can do this all. and in quick time as well.

the size of all 3 vob is around 2.5gb and i want to keep that size as well.

MakeMKV, choose to open the folder with the vob,ifo files. No reconversion.


If you don't have the ifo files you can try handbrake or staxrip, open the first vob. But you might get problem with sync, subs, audio without the ifo.
