I live in the United States, so I don't need pal conversion, but do I need to change framerate to 29.97 ntsc to play on my tv? I ran template for ntsc film in tmpge and used the 3:2 pulldown when playback as my encode mode, loaded my original avi file as video source and the wav file I made with virtualdub as the audio. Watched it in wmp and it looked great, time of the film was exactly the same as the original source, so I burned it to a dvd with Ulead. However, my resulting dvd was shorter then the original film, audio was out of sync but sounded ok, and the video paused every couple seconds from start to finish. Do I need to do something else? By the way, my source is 576 x 240 res, and the audio was already 48,000 hz. I created an mpeg-2, 352 x 240 mpg, 4:3 aspect ratio on video settings page, 1:1 vga, progressive on advanced settings page, and kept the audio the same since I was making a dvd. Thanks everyone in advance.![]()
