How can I connect my wireless headphones to my home cinema/bluray?

I have a set of Sennheiser RS180 wireless headphones, a Panasonic pt-at 6000 projector and a Panasonic sc-bt 590 home cinema system. The home cinema system does not have a headphone jack. When I connect the Sennheiser to my satellite tv (sky+ hd) box they work fine, but they do not work when connected to the home cinema, so I cannot use them for playing blu-rays. Can anyone let me know how I can connect them up? Is there a converter I need? All help appreciated.

Red and white RCA to stereo pin-plug cable. Often called "computer audio cable":

You may have to enable the analog audio outputs on the receiver.

Hi, unfortunately, so far as I can see there isn't an RCA audio out on the btt 590 (I have the cables you linked to as part of the sennheiser)

Is that an input or output? I guessed it was an output since it was right next to the composite video output. Is the SCART connector there an output? If so you can use something like this:

I believe it is an input only, as when I plug my RCA leads in (red and white) from the wireless headphone cradle there is no sound, unlike when I plug the same leads into the tv (sky+ hd) box

The scart is the wireless speaker card slot

Oh, I see. It's not a SCART connector. I think you're right about the RCA connectors. After looking at the manual online -- they are for audio return from the TV (ie when using the TV's tuner you can still have audio coming from the home theater system).

Does your projector have RCA monitor outputs? Nevermind -- found the manual for that too. It doesn't have audio monitor outs.

I believe you can use the ARC out to an HDMI to RCA adapter. Something like this:
