bbmpeg closes when I try to cut

I used Tmpgenc to demultiplex and am knnow trying to cut with bbmpeg but when i got to encode then startings then try to open the video or audio file the program just closes and I have no idea why. I was following the guide on vcdhelp. Any help is appreciated.

Someone gave me some help on this one. So ill help anyone else with this problem and explain what i did. The Problem was I was running XP so I just had to click load and then cancel very first thing and then it worked
