    AVIDemux if you can open or import FLV directly into AVIDEmux (with MPEG-2 (avcodec) and container MPEG-PS).
    otherwise convert FLV into AVI using professional video converter so that audio and video do not get out of sync.
    Then, open AVI inAVIDemux convert it to mpg, ready to author DVD.
