Splitting audio from a VCD

Hi guys

I have a VCD series that I am trying to upload onto Youtube. First problem I have encountered is that when I try to import the files to my video editing software, it play both Languages. When I watched the series I can just right click and choose the language prefered.

1) Demux the audio. Various video editors can do this (such as MPEGVCR). VirtualDubMod can do it too.
2) Use an audio editor to remove the unwanted channel.
3) Remux the audio into the video.
