pvr2000 capturing problem

i have leadtek winfast pvr2000 and i connected my VHS recorder (LG BD200P) which has only scart jack.
i tried many programs, but dscaler gave me the best results.
however, there are two problems:
1. there is no audio (other programs do have audio).
2. there is some sort of "grid" over video that is present with all capturing programs (screenshot below).
