    i am looking for a tool that will rip specific chapters.

    also in DVDx the audio runs twice as fast as the video.

    could someone help me please ?

    Smartripper does this. I know because I use it to rip DVD's into 2 parts for VCD encoding and I always split the DVD at a chapter break.
