Hello,
I have a DVD movie disc where I would like to replace only the main movie with another video file, but keep the menus and the overall structure of the DVD intact.
The movie I have is an anime film which was only released letterboxed (4:3) in the US. I'm looking to swap its video with an anamorphic 16:9 version from the Japanese R2 release. What tools would be needed to accomplish this? Thanks.

pgcedit to rip out just the movie from the anmorphic one, then muxman to reauthor to a new dvd and last vobblanker to add back the menus from the original dvd. See https://forum.videohelp.com/threads/320012-Replacing-the-main-video-in-a-DVD
