Sometimes after encoding a ripped DVD to mkv I add the an audio track back with mkvmerge. The video will play fine without the audio but after it's added back the initial part of the movie, usually the Lion Roar, is terribly broken up and pixelated. It normally straightens out after a few seconds into the movie. Anyone have any idea why?
