Hey guys.
I've got a DVD movie, and I want to back it up as a VCD. I know about the massive loss of quality that would happen in doing so, but I'm cool with it.
How could I do this for free?

Just out of curiosity, why ? When we have things like H264 compression available and we can get the same size output but orders of magnitude better quality, why would you want to create a VCD ? (Not saying don't do it, just want to know why you would) Read my blog here.
