hello, besides mkv2mp4 is there any other decent software available that doesnt re-encode the original file??? i've tried mkv2mp4 on a windows xp pro 64 bit system and it dopesnt work at all. it doesnt even load. on regular 32bit xp pro it works great. upfgrading to windows 7 soon. just curious is all.

ffcoder lets you select "copy" for both the audio and video so you should be able to use it to simply remux an MKV file as MP4. Or......

The only one of the above remuxing programs I've used is Yamb. It generally converts MKV to MP4 okay, as long as the MKV contains audio/video types the MP4 container supports, but it's a little slow.
