  1. greets,

    i am trying to convert a MKV t MP4 using mkv2mp4.

the issue is the mkv2mp4 GUI lets me choose the sudio track but it does not allow me to state no subtitle.

how do i make so that in the resulting MP4 there are no subs please.

    thank you.

  3. rebox.net analyses the file and lists the video and audio and subtitle tracks.

but as soon as i try to select list items it crashes!

    please help?

I guess you have tried disable header compression in the mkv. In mkvmergegui under file->Options select disable header compression, open the mkv, make a new mkv. Then try the rebox.net, gotsent, etc.

Or add the subtitle manually, demux the sub from the mkv with mkvextractgui-2, add back to the mp4 mymp4boxgui.

Yamb will do this automatically, without conversion of the streams.

  6. thanks, will try Yamb.

i spoke too soon as while demuxing in mkv2mp4 i was not sure and thought it would add the subs as well.

the MP4 that it created had no subs, which is great.

    thank you everyone.
