    i downloaded a regional movie and i dont have the subtitles for that movie. how to create subtitles for that movie.
    i have googled for the subtitles but its not available in any of the subtitle websites.

    Then must you manual make it, use vob2mpg and start subtitling with subtitle edit or subtitle workshop.

    Or find a subtitle in another language and translate it.
