Ok, I have looked all over the place and haven't found anything relevant to this. So, here is my problem. I am ripping some anime DVDs and trying to encode them through MeGui. The problem is, is that I wish to remove parts of the episodes (the opening and endings). This part is simple, I just use the AVS cutter in MeGui. However, This process causes my soft subs to go out of sync. I used to use VirtualDub Mod before I realized it was far out of date. In VirtualDub Mod you could open your AVS file, add your audio and subtitle streams and then cut and edit your video as it automatically adjusted the audio and subtitles to sync up. MeGui however only gives an option to use "cut files" for the audio to sync up with the video, not the subtitles. So I was wondering if anyone knew of a simple way to sync the subtitles either from within MeGui or in some other program? I know I could use Subtitle Workshop or Aegisub or some other subtitle editor, but those are tedious and require me to know how many frames/seconds the last subtitle in a scene is from the end of the scene and how many frames/seconds the first subtitle is from the beginning of the next and then I have to delet the subtitles in the middle of those and compensate the timing (yeah, really tedious).

To tell the truth I am really just a noob and probably don't know what Iam talking about, but if anyone out there could point me in the right direction, I would really appreciate it.
