DVD->RiPP MP3 ?

How can i RiPP "ONLY" the Audio from DVD ?? I need it in MP3 Format. Is there any Tool or something ??? I know the "normal" way, to ripp DVD->DIVX or MPEG, but that takes LOOONG.... any help ??

- I have tried this software - and it is very good - records stuff as you watch it and then compiles it to MP3 when you stop - u can also choose the bitrate and recording level.
