  1. Hello, can anyone can help me with this:

I have a movie with Russian audio in m2ts format, and i have a dvdrip with Spanish audio which is the audio i want (i'm from México), how is the best way to mix the Spanish audio with the HD video from m2ts file, without lose quality in the HD, and at the same time reduce the size of the video which is 15GB. I don´t care the final format as long as i can play it in my pc.

I can use MAC or PC software by the way.

Thanks in advance for you kind help

Demux the audio from the dvd using pgcdemux.
Add it to the m2ts using tsmuxer.
No video quality loss. But the audio must match the hd video length or you will get audio sync issues.

You can reduce the size of the file by encoding to various formats such as Divx/Xvid or H.264/X.264, but you will always lose quality when doing this.

Nope, shrinking the movie will reduce the quality. But you may not notice that big difference if you convert to h264 hd video using for example Xvid4psp. You should be able to convert a 2 hours 1280x720p to 8GB with very good HD quality.
