I have an hour long project that I'm adding subtitles to. Right now, all the subtitles have been keyed into a text file. No timing yet.
I'm currently working on a Mac with Final Cut Pro and DVD Studio Pro.
In the past (on PC) I've used Subtitle Workshop to avoid Encore's janky subtitle interface.
What's the recommendation for Mac? Should I cross my fingers and try doing subtitles right in DVD Studio Pro? Or is there a good third party software that does a better job?

You would get more answers to Mac specific questions in our Mac Forums. Moving you.

Take the text file into Jubler, Subtitler or TitleLab.
Format your time to match a DVD Studio Pro timeline.
Export out as STL file, import that into DVD Studio Pro."Everyone has to learn, so that they can one day teach."

When I'm not here, Where can I be found?
