I capture DV AVI type I thru IEEE1394. It indicate 3 drop frame totally in one hour capture. What will happen? Will it affect the video and audio not matching (symchronize problem)?
Pls help.

If you are capturing in pal 1 hour is 3600 secs at 25 fps = 90000 frames 3 frame drops equates to 0.0033%, you probrably wont even notice.

Actually, 3 frames is 10% of a second in NTSC, even more in PAL, so you COULD notice a jump. Depends on if the frames droped together (in a row), if they're at the begining or end of the capture, at a scene change, etc.
But no, it won't likely affect audio sync, at least not enough for the average person to notice.
