Hey, I have a 1080p video that is in h264 codec.
Its 704 x 396
Basically, when I play the video on the PS3, I notice that less picture shows on the left and right than on my computer for some reason.
I think this may be because my PS3 is only set to standard and not 1080p, but Im not sure. Would the HDMI cables even make a difference in a video played on a USB?
Why is it that some image on the left and right is lost when I play the video on my PS3?

if it were 1080p it would be 1920x1080, not below dvd spec in 704x396. be glad it plays at all.
