Hey, Im having a lot of trouble with the conversion of this video.
First of all, the original file is an mkv file, that is 18:50 in length.
ive tried MANY different converters, trying to convert it into MANY different types of files. I always got the same result, the converted file was only 9:27 for some reason. Not the full length.
I have no idea why this is happening. Ive even tried directly ripping the video portion from the file, and i still only got 9:27 length.
Does anyone know whats going on?
To help, this file is Episode 104 of Dragonball Z Remastered, it is the only episode that I have had this problem with, every other episode i have been able to convert without trouble.

Run the video through MediaInfo (tree view) and post a copy of the information here.
What converters have you tried? Have you tried using AVIDemux? Frameserving the MKV into VirtualDub using an AVIsynth script?
If you're using MKVExtractGUI with mkvtoolnix, do you have the latest versions of both, with both installed to the same directory? If cameras add ten pounds, why would people want to eat them? -
Yes, I have tried using AVIDemux. The strange thing about it is that, when I open the file on AVIDemux, its already cut in half. I can only edit up to 9:27, it acts as if thats the entire file.
I have V2.9.8 of MKVtoolnix, and no that did not work either.
I havent tried VirtualDub though, but other converters I have tried are the AnyVideo Converter, iPod converter, and PS3 Video 9 converter.
Also, here are the results from MediaInfo:

It's probably damaged or there's a glitch in the file at that exact time.
Does it play past 9:27 in a media player?
Why do you want to convert? It's pretty low bitrate to begin with. Converting it will make it worse -

As for the bitrate, I dunno why its so low, the quality is actually fantastic
