I want to bring sincere thanks and congratulations to authors of RipBot264 software .

It is exceptional , managed to encode all the movies that were defective and could not be encoded by MeGui or other softwares .

Someone here was right : " sooner or later, you'll return to RipBot264 "... is the most stable and sturdy or healthy soft ... the only reproach :it takes too much until it does its job, but the results are excellent, so do not take into account this small disadvantage

    THANKS !!!

  2. It takes alot of time because:
    1) Decoding 1080p BD takes more time for CPU than DVD 576p
    2) Encoding to 1920x1080 or 1280x720 will always be slower than to DVD resolution 720x576 ( 5 times less data to analyze than 1080p, 2 times less data than 720p)
    3) x264 encoder uses very complex formulas in order to achieve the best quality. Nothing comes for free. Quality will always need CPU power!
