hi, i am looking for a player that allow you to set the "delay" during the video.
eg,
set delay=0.001 second, then the video player will play the video REAL SLOWLY.
please advice.

Most DVD players have a slow motion feature it's located somewhere in the manual. The Philips DVP 5990 while playing the disc press triangle up or down to start slow motion 1/2, 1/4, 1/8, 1/16. Others I have had required pressing pause and then "step" by whatever key it was represented by.
