DVDFab HD Decrypter decrypts newer discs which DVD Decrypter cannot do. The payware version can also reduce the size.

DVD Rebuilder has been around a while, is still updated from time to time, and uses the free HCEnc encoder for reducing discs down in size. The quality is higher than Shrink in most cases.

Imgburn is what DVD Decrypter became. It is the premiere free burning tool for Windows when it comes to DVDs and Bluray discs, and beats most payware tools hands down. It also does not have the limitations of DVD Decrypter having to burn ISO files. Imgburn can burn pretty much anything.

So rip with DVDFab HD Decrypter

Shrink with DVD Shrink if it is only a little over size, or DVD Rebuilder if it is a lot over size

    Burn with Imgburn

There is a version of Shrink that can use ImgBurn to burn automatically, just like Decrypter or Nero could: http://download3.videohelp.com/DVDShrink32_w_ImgBurn.rar You need something like 7zip or Winrar to extract the file.

Then you just use DVDFab Decrypter and DVDShrink Imb and you should be good to go.
