Hi
I have a 1TB external hard drive, and wanted to connect to blu ray player (LGBD370) via usb to access hd movies . However, the blu ray doesn't see the HDD. I have read that I have 2 choices:-1) To create a partition on the HDD using FAT32 file system (although this limits file size to no larger than 4GB - most hd films are 8GB+) or 2)Connect to Western digital hd media player, thereby keeping limitless NTFS file system.
What I want to do is not have to split hd files, but I've heard the media player will not play DTS audio, is this true? Most HD films encoded with DTS. My blu ray supports mkv playback via usb.
Any solutions greatly appreciated
