    Hi all,

I've got a .mov movie (H.264 compression) it is 1280X740 in dimensions

When I output with ffmpegX to FLV the output is very low in quality.

What can I do to make a HQ output?

    Thanks...

Convert to mp4 with h264 instead. Yes, it works in flash.

    I'm sorry, but I don't get it.

Do you mean I have to convert the .mov (h264 compression) to a .mp4 (h264 compression)
when I do that, it's still a bad quality...

Try another converter, like handbrake, avidemux.

YouTube's definition of HQ is 480x360 at ~900 kbps. Do you mean the same?
