Problem with longer movies?

I'm using VOB2MPG Pro. The problem that I'm having is that longer movies (i.e just about anything over 4gb) is getting cut short. I have no problems with the movies just under 4gb or lower. For instance, a movie like Gamer which comes in at 3.4gb came out perfect. Then a movie like Coraline that's 4.33gb gets cut short. I just tried Slumdog Millionaire and the program says it's complete but in the log it stopped at extracting chapter 27. (cutting out 1 whole chapter for the movie to be complete)
How can I get the 4gb + movies to actually complete and not get cut short?
Thanks in advance for any help I can get. This is getting frustrating.

It looks like you are extracting to your 'I' drive. It is formatted as FAT32 which has a 4GB limit on file sizes. Use an NTFS formatted drive.
