I'm having an issue with MPC.
I've been using VMR9 renderless and its been fine until today. For some reason the subtitles are not showing properly. They're showing solely as an outline and transparent. I checked the colors, etc all seemed fine. Restarted my machine, nada.

Finally I changed to VMR7 renderless and its fine, but I'm worried whatever this problem is it will happen again and then I'm going to be out of luck. I've googled this and found the odd post with people complaining about this but no one has ever offered a solution. Anyone ever had this problem? How did you fix it?

I did have it set to us texture surfaces and render in 2D. I changed that to 3D and its working again as VMR9 renderless, but still I can't think of why it just suddenly stopped working like that. The only things I inistalled were xilisoft video converter and some software for an iRiver.
