I can't finalize a DVD- Isobuster or another program?

Is Isobuster the only program that will let you extract a vob from an unfinalized DVD?
Is there a freeware option?

ISOPuzzle might, although you can't target a particular VOB. You have to try to recover the entire disc as an ISO, then extract the VOB (or other files) from within.

Some also say you can finalise a disc with DVD Decrypter.

The best success comes from finding another of the same device and finalising the disc properly.

Thanks for the responses, neither img or decrypter would allow me to "close" the dvd.
Any other suggestions?
