  1. mini-dvd with tracks recorded wrong

Hi, this is my first and hopefully last topic here.
    I received a mini-dvd from a relative.
The first side is perfect - you can see the vob-files and is working.
On the other side thou, it says there is nothing.
But when i look at the dvd in the light it have tracks but they start
about 1 centimetre in on the disc.
So obvious any dvd wont feel this tracks and say, its clean dvd.
    The question:
How do I get these tracks?
Is it possible to scan a mini-dvd with some program etc??
    Please reply

  2. Welcome

Try using ISO Buster from the tools section <-----that way.

Apparently, DVD Decrypter can help too.

  4. It seems like the mini-dvd who has been recorded with a Sony dvd cam, is recorded backwards on side 2?
    Is this possible?
Then it all make sense with the track not starting from the beginning on side 2.
    Anyone knows anything about this??

  6. no it's not possible to write from the outside in on a single layer disc, flipper or not.

the 2 sided mini flippers are not reliable at all. a lot are unreadable once you record to the second side.

try both isobuster and cdroller - if hey can't find anything on the second side it's time to give up.
