I have a JVC GR-DA30U that will not record or play tapes. The camera is just on the blue screen while playing, when trying to record the camera says that it needs a cleaning tape and will not record. I've tried a cleaning tape a few times it does not help. Any ideas or suggestions? Thank you for your time.
