  1. OK, a few days back I came across with this thread about CVCD, i tried it and surprisingly, the file size was small and the quality was great (some kinda spanish poster). I cant search it now because the freakin SEARCH option is offline.

Anyhow, I tried to use Sefy's claiming I can have up to 95 min in a single CD.

I tried to encode a 850MB file using CVCD and the end result was 466MB with awesome quality. It did play fine on my Apex 700 but in Apex 600A, there are some audio problems.

So i thought Sefy's was an option, almost the same encoding speed but the file size was not really reduced byt testing a 22MB video and CVCD's template was 20MB. So is there any settings to change there?

I dont really know the difference between the two but I hope Safey's template solves my player's audio problems :(

Basicly CVCD and SeVCD are the same, with the most notable changes are the Audio settings (SeVCD is 224k and CVCD is 128k).

  5. Since that spanish guy has no respect for people, I do not plan on paying attention or respecting him either, as far as i'm concerned he doesn't even exist.

Besides, when it comes to quality resulting from the Template, mine gives a higher quality, it atleast gives you the VCD quality, the CVCD is below that, so what would you prefer ?
