  1. I have some avi format movies that I would like to convert to dvd so I can watch them on my tv. Usually I have good luck using DivxtoDvd to convert them and they play just fine. However lately I have had some of the movies that when they get converted to dvd the sound becomes offtrack. It is like watching a old b rated Japanese movie where the lips move and then the sound comes out.

Is there a better program that I should be using? I liked Divxtodvd because it supported putting several shows on one dvd.

You could try updating it to ConvertXtoDVD. DivxtoDVD hasn't been updated in years because it was just a beta of what became ConvertXtoDVD.

Otherwise look at AVStoDVD or DVD Flick
