    am using ulead video studio, i want to know can i change video shot back ground(like some tv shows...behind we can put some different shots.....)

    Don't know if you can do it in VideoStudio. You want to do some searching and reading on Chromakey, green screen and compositing.

    I used an old version (8?) which I'm fairly sure did not do Chroma Key. According to the specs at their site, 11 and ProX2 have it. Take a peek in the manual or Help.
