    Every topic I always read is about making permanent subtitles, virtualdub, etc.

    However I'd like to make a dvd where it's possible to choose among 2 or more subtitle languages, and even the option of watching it with no subs (like the regular DVD you buy at the store, you know). I already have the .srt in English and another .srt in Spanish, for instance.
    Anyone can help me?

    Do you already have the DVD? If so, there's a sticky giving many ways to add subs to it:

    And if you're starting with an AVI or some other kind of non-DVD video, then sambat's suggestion is just one of many possible ways to do what you want. Maybe you could try looking around at the guides.
