    Guys, I'm facing a problem converting my 3gp file into mpg or avi. Could some help me or suggest the best software converter into mpg or avi without losing video quality.

    Use a ffmpeg frontend like WinFF and convert to avi xvid or mpg. You will lose a bit quality but if you use high enough bitrate it shouldn't notice.
