Convert AVI to 3GP with Minimum frames-per-second

Hi All,

Can anyone recommend a conversion tool for Windows 7 which will allow me to convert AVI files to 3GP format with MINIMUM frames-per-second?

Ideally only 1 frame-per-second , or if that's not possible then less than 5 frames-per-second.

Try a ffmpeg or mencoder frontend like Mobile Media Converter. Add the video, select the 3gp profile, click on the arrow to the right and the advanced button, set the frame rate manually. Convert.
