    Hi,

    I'm looking for a free software than can apply some effects to videos.

    Ie: adding falling snow,.... or effects of a text (like a plasma effect,....)

    I found some tutorials but the are for Adobe Premier or Vegas but these programs are not free

    So, does it exist some software that can do about the same but for free ???

    BluffTitler can do that stuff, but not free (terrific value tho'!). It'll accept video formats like avi & mpeg & vobs & stuff.

    Maybe Wax, or else Blender...? Those are free.
